McKenzie Culp

Mckenzie currently serves as a Sales Assistant, where she supports the sales team and helps ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client from the first visit to closing. She is passionate about learning the home building process and takes pride in being organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. As she grows in the industry, Mckenzie is excited to continue expanding her knowledge and contributing to a team that helps families bring their dream homes to life.

Before transitioning into home building, Mckenzie spent 10 years in the restaurant industry, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and relationship-building. Working in fast-paced environments taught her how to anticipate needs, stay calm under pressure, and create memorable experiences for every guest — skills she now carries into her role in real estate and new construction.

Outside of work, Mckenzie enjoys riding her bike, spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and live music.
