Thank you for your interest in our internship program. This career path is meant to give you, the hands-on experience and expose you to the start to finish journey of building a home. With our open book concept of running a business you can also learn how a business is run.
Description of our internship program
Construction Support: Intern will be introduced to the day to day of a Construction Manager. They will be assigned a Construction Manager to shadow and help with small projects in the field that help move the projects forward.

Warranty Specialist: Warranty Specialist focuses on warranty items. Here, you are responsible for communicating with the homeowner, trade and/or supplier, scheduling repairs, tracking warranty trends, conducting quality control inspections, and supporting Construction Manager on small projects.

Construction Apprentice: The apprentice will be assigned a property to manage and is responsible for keeping up with the daily schedule, maintain budget and manage the trades for the project. They will still have the support of their Construction Manager for questions and guidance but will have the opportunity to implement their own knowledge and skills.

Construction Manager: If Rivendale has a vacancy for this position and you have successfully completed the other stages of the internship, you will have the opportunity to apply for our Construction Manager role.
