Gamaliel “Gama” Cancino is the Director of Field Leadership at Rivendale Homes Texas in Austin, overseeing the delivery of luxury residential projects. He mentors project managers, manages master schedules, coordinates with utility providers, and ensures outstanding client service across teams.

With over five years of leadership in high-end homebuilding, Gama specializes in operations, Lean construction, quality control, and seamless client experiences. He has been instrumental in developing systems and training programs, consistently enhancing team performance and promoting continuous improvement.

Holding a Master’s in Construction Management, Gama is driven by a passion for building both exceptional homes and strong teams. He is dedicated to helping his colleagues grow while delivering finished homes that surpass expectations and provide lasting value.
