Gilbert Sandoval

Gilbert “Gil” Sandoval is the Superintendent and Pool Project Manager at Rivendale Homes Texas. He began as an intern, quickly standing out through his initiative, discipline, and work ethic. Following his internship, Gil built high-end custom pools to gain more experience. He then returned to Rivendale Homes, where he manages luxury pool projects and oversees home construction.

With 3–5 years of hands-on experience, Gil is known for managing resources effectively, maintaining organized jobsites, and continually improving processes. By introducing practical systems, he enhances quality and reduces waste, ensuring smooth operations.

Beyond his professional role, Gil spends his time training and caring for his racing horse, working on trucks, and enjoying the outdoors.
